Since founding Advancement Advisors in 2016, Maureen Mahoney Hill has helped nonprofit leaders build development programs that align with their mission and support long-term growth. Known for her strategic insight and collaborative approach, Maureen specializes in fundraising planning, board development, major and planned gifts, and feasibility studies.
With more than 20 years of fundraising experience in Pittsburgh’s educational nonprofit sector, Summer Dean brings deep expertise in donor cultivation, campaign readiness, and fundraising audits. She has been a valued member of the Advancement Advisors team since its founding in 2016.
Deb Desjardins is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 30 years of success across higher education, healthcare, and community-based organizations. Since joining Advancement Advisors in 2021, she has helped clients develop strategic, data-informed fundraising plans that drive impact.
With over 30 years of development experience, Pat Quinn Winter specializes in designing sustainable fundraising strategies that reflect each organization’s culture and capacity. Her expertise includes campaign planning, donor stewardship, and guiding boards and leadership teams through strategic growth. Pat is also Advancement Advisors’ resident expert in fundraising for libraries, having led a successful $51.7 million campaign for the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh.
With more than 20 years of fundraising experience in Pittsburgh’s arts, culture, and human services sectors, Traci brings strategic expertise and a strong track record of results to her work with nonprofit and cultural partners. She helps clients strengthen donor relationships, build fundraising capacity, and advance their organizational goals.
