Maureen Mahoney Hill, CFRE, is a trusted advisor to nonprofit leaders in the Pittsburgh region and beyond. She brings a collaborative, mission-centered approach to fundraising strategy, helping organizations build the internal capacity they need to raise sustainable support for their work.
Maureen began her consulting practice in 2006 and founded Advancement Advisors in 2016. Today, her firm has partnered with more than 120 organizations in Western Pennsylvania—empowering teams, boards, and leaders to plan strategically, grow donor relationships, and align development efforts with organizational vision.
