For more than three decades, Pat Quinn Winter has helped non-profit organizations achieve their fundraising goals in order to realize their missions. She has specialized experience in developing strategy and implementation plans for capital, endowment, and special campaigns; major and planned gifts; grants and research; annual giving; donor relations and stewardship programs; and related administrative functions. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience working with non-profit boards, leadership teams and fundraising volunteers.

In her most recent position at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, Pat oversaw a comprehensive major gifts campaign that surpassed its goal, raising $51.7 million for strategic priorities. Her career experience also includes fundraising and communications leadership positions at Penn State, Chatham University and the Virginia Capital Chapter of the American Red Cross.  

Active in professional organizations, Pat is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and a Board Member of the Pittsburgh Planned Giving Council (PPGC). Her recent community volunteer experience includes serving on the Board of Pennsylvania Woman Work (PAWW) and chairing the Cross Roads Presbyterian Church Planned Giving Committee.

A native of Ohio, Pat earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism degree from Kent State University and a Master of Library and Information Sciences (MLIS) degree at the University of Pittsburgh. She attained her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential in 2005.
