Crossroads Foundation provides promising young students access to educational opportunities in order to stop the cycle of generational poverty. Maureen Mahoney Hill was hired by Crossroads to conduct a feasibility study to determine the likelihood of success of a proposed campaign to raise $5 million in endowment which would enable them to expand programming to a greater number of deserving young people and provide enhanced services to support scholars’ long-term academic and personal success. Study results identified organizational strengths including $2.7 million in potential funding; suggested ways to address opportunities for improvement and external challenges; and recommended to Crossroads Foundation’s Board of Directors that they proceed with the campaign.
